Hi all,

yes 2009 is living his last days, and I would like to provide a little resumé where I were, and what we’ve done with communities.

So:

- In February:

I was with the DevDays’09 team, and was speaker with Ricardo Escovinha in the “Design and Developer better together for Silverlight solution” session.

- In March:

I joined the XAMLpt.com community for the web site launch and hosted a blog there.

- In May:

I finished my internal trainee program at Microsoft Portugal

- In June

I Started work (where I’m right now) at fullsix portugal, in the Server Side task force team.

- In July

I was speaker with Sérgio Agostinho from Viatecla of the session “Silverlight 3 what’s new”, in the XAMLPT community launch event.

-In September

I was invited to be one of XBOX Portuguese Ambassador by our local Microsoft XBOX team.

For the next year I hope that we can develop more Silverlight solutions and I would like to start writing a book with the title: “What a kind of name is Soap?” … hum… it’s a good title. Although the web technologies that are in a super highway of development, we want to be on the edge, not only for improvements on out current solutions but also to explore more the UI, interactions and behaviors.

My latest work is totally focus on the server side development, not only external solution, but some internal and tuning some tools such as Continuous Integration Server, TDD, and additional frameworks. In another hand getting ready for the release of .net framework 4 and VS 2010, I can’t look forward for it.
